Becca is the Founder and CEO of Inclutech Ltd, focused on creating technology that reduces barriers, strengthens public safety, and drives genuine digital inclusion. She believes accessibility is a fundamental right and that thoughtful, inclusive design should empower everyone.
Alongside her leadership in tech, she is a registered British Sign Language interpreter, bringing a deep, lived understanding of communication and accessibility to everything she builds.
COO
Les is an experienced business leader with a deep commitment to social justice and inclusive practice. He began his career at the General Post Office/BT before successfully running his own business for 25 years. Les holds an MSc in Marketing and is a Fellow of the Institute of Marketing, bringing both expertise and thought leadership to his work.
He strongly believes in the power of collaboration and is dedicated to inspiring others to help build a more inclusive and equitable society.
CTO
Jonny is a Chartered Engineer and technology leader with a PhD in cybersecurity. Known for building high-performing international teams, he brings expertise across social media, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms.
He advises universities, champions diversity in tech, and supports indigenous SMEs. Passionate about innovation and inclusivity, Jonny continues to drive meaningful impact across the industry.
Senior Full Stack Developer
Paul is our Senior Full Stack Developer specialising in React, React Native, and TypeScript. With a background in physics, he brings a rigorous, analytical approach to software engineering, applying structured problem-solving to every project he works on.
Since transitioning into tech, Paul has progressed rapidly from Associate to Senior Developer within just three years, a reflection of his commitment to mastering complex systems and architecting robust, scalable solutions. His technical excellence and dedication have been recognised through nominations for Young IT Professional of the Year (Belfast Telegraph) and Technologist of the Year (NI Tech Awards).
Full Stack Developer
Bobby is one of our Full Stack Developers with a strong focus on React and React Native, building applications for both web and mobile platforms. He’s passionate about crafting intuitive, accessible experiences and enjoys finding innovative solutions that improve usability across devices.
Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, Bobby is always exploring new technologies and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Senior UX Designer
Diana is our Senior User Experience Designer at Inclutech, specialising in user-centred research and design. With a Master’s degree in User Experience and Service Design, she is passionate about creating intuitive, accessible solutions that truly meet users’ needs.
Diana works closely with grassroots organisations to ensure her designs are shaped by real-world experiences and grounded in what people genuinely need.
UX Designer
Ciara is a passionate UX designer committed to creating inclusive, accessible, and user-centred experiences. A graduate of Ulster University’s Interaction Design programme and an IDI Service Design Award winner, she believes in the power of design to solve real problems and drive meaningful change. Ciara focuses on designing solutions that positively impact the people who need them most, using research-led methods to enhance usability and improve everyday experiences.
Outside of her design work, Ciara can often be found on the rugby pitch, spending time with her two dogs, or getting stuck into a new book or TV series.
UX Designer
Cara has a strong passion for user research and accessible, inclusive design. She brings a user-centred mindset to every stage of the design process, ensuring that real needs are understood and meaningfully addressed.
Driven by a commitment to creating designs that make a genuine impact, Cara aims to develop innovative, thoughtful solutions that support and empower the people who need them most.
